Payment Methods We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).

All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.
Refunds Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a return and refund. Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone.
DELIVERY CHARGE
The delivery charge is free for postcodes NP or CF and £45.00 non local - all other postcodes within MAINLAND UK.No charge for customers who wish to pick up items from our Cwmbran warehouse.
DRAGON FURNITURE Deliver your goods using our own delivery vans or employ nationally recognised courier services outside our local area. Upon request, we will deliver to non-local postcodes areas with one of our vans, subject to extra charges. Please contact us on 01633 867229 in order to discuss your delivery options further.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once we have processed your order we attempt to deliver all goods within the frame specified. Delivery times are estimates given to us by manufacturers.
Due to the difficult logistics of furniture delivery we cannot give a specific time of delivery. If requested we will endeavour to advice you an AM or PM time.
We aim to deliver your furniture within the time on our website when you place your order. If circumstances change, we will contact you.If, however, it is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, then we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss. Any changes in the expected delivery time will be e-mailed to you 24 hours before delivery. If you require goods to be delivered later or earlier than the time stated on we site, please contact us to arrange for a separate quotation either by e-mail or telephone 01633 867229.
ASSEMBLY
Many items require small simple self assembly. For those in our local arear postcodes NPor CF, we will assemble such items for you and remove all packaging, subject to your satisfaction of the product.
Delivery of such items outside our local area is usually undertaken by a courier and therfore small self assembly is required.
ACCESS
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure there is adequate access and space for delivery vans and your furniture to receive the goods on delivery. Delivery will be made to the GROUND entrance, movement beyond this point may be undertaken by our delivery staff, but this would be at your responsibility. They will remove all wrapping and packaging and dispose of them for you.
If we use a carrier to deliver your goods, normally to places outside our normal delivery area, packaging will remain on the goods and will have to disposed of by the customer.
Our delivery team or carrier will NOT remove or dispose of unwanted furniture from the premises.
If windows or doors are required to be removed the customer must ensure that this is carried out before the delivery arrives, and entirely at the customers risk and cost. This will be done by arrangement between us and the customer and carried out at the arranged time. There will be an extra charge if this arrangement is carried out than on our normal delivery day.
All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when our delivery team arrives, they will leave a card with contact number for you to call them and arrange a delivery at a future date. Please note that there may be an additional charge for this.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
You will become the owner of the goods (and be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods) at the time of delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for goods.
Staff making deliveries are required by law to wear protective footwear at all times.
As they are not allowed to remove this footwear when unloading the vehicle, gaining access to the property,or carrying furniture into the property, we strongly advise customers to make proper provision to protect their carpets and flooring. We do not accept responsibility for any marks or damage that may inadvertently be caused by delivery staff during the normal course of their work.
